This home-based private studio is situated in a residential area close to Carpenter and Cullerton. The confirmation email will include the full address. This is a home-based private studio with other residents and a dog. We have a lovable dog named Xochi
CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✨ I value your time, and I ask that you value mine as well. * Cancellations or reschedules made within 36 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. * Same-day cancellations and rescheduling and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Rescheduling is only considered a reschedule if requested more than 36 hours before your appointment. Any reschedule request made within 36 hours will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. * Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before booking another appointment. Deposits * All Full Sets and Lash Lift appointments require a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Rescheduling Policy * Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 times. * A 3rd reschedule request will result in the appointment being canceled. * Deposits will be forfeited once the maximum number of reschedules has been reached and cannot be transferred to a future appointment. * Please book only when you are reasonably confident in your availability.
